They are looking for a full time Senior Chef De Partie to join their kitchen . The successful candidate will be involved in aspects of kitchen operation , menu creation and junior staff management.
Key requirements for the positions include :
- Certificate III commercial cookery preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The desire for personal growth and professional development.
Key responsibilities :
- Reporting to the head chef you will assist in leading, managing and developing staff in the kitchen.
- Third in charge
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Driving menu updates
- Management of food safety systems
- Assist in maintaining supplier relationships.
