• Handle inbound customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide information about products and services
• Manage customer complaints and resolve them promptly
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Document all interactions and transactions with customers
• Follow up on customer interactions where necessary
• Maintain customer service standards in line with company policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience
• Process orders and returns within SAP

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Representative should have:

• A strong background in customer service within the life science industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer complaints and issues
• Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
• Financial ad-hoc experience is desirable

• $65,000-$72,000 Plus super
• A hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week
• Ferntree Gully Location
• Monday to Friday full time permanent position
