Job Description- You'll need strong relationship skills; an ability to connect with and understand people from all walks of life, whether they be farmers, warehouse teams or our retail stores.
- You'll be highly motivated to partner with your Territory Manager and grow the territory by engaging closely with our network to support successful initiatives.
- You'll have previous customer service experience.
- You'll need to have high attention to detail and pride yourself on your accuracy of your work.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
- A qualification in agricultural or work experience in the agriculture and animal management sector
- A connection with Australian agriculture and knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- A competitive salary package ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per annum.
