We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant ready to be a go to person for the executive leadership team of our Accounting division!
About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a dedicated point of contact and support for our Accounting Managing Directors. Your role involves managing diaries, being a corporate compliance coordinator, assisting in business development, and supporting the Managing Directors with various projects.You play a crucial part in maintaining relationships, handling inquiries, and managing administrative tasks.

What youβll be doing- Supporting 2 Managing Directors with their busy schedules including diary management, travel plans and client contact schedules
- Plan and organise to ensure the Managing Directors priorities are met and ideas are actioned.
- Ensure that they are well prepared for meetings and deadlines.
- Proactively manage professional and personal scheduling for the MD's, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, emails, travel arrangements, and other logistics, screening and directing phone calls.
- Drafting of correspondence and communication on behalf of the MD's, including memos, emails, and reports.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal use, as well as preparing client proposals and pitch documents.
- Acting as a key point of contact for client relationships, to ensure regular communication and assist with the onboarding of new clients.
- Liaising with the MD's to coordinate delivery of client workflow and maintenance of high client service standards.
- Organising team communications and planning divisional events.
Requirements
We want to hear from people who have:
- 5+ years of experience as an EA, supporting senior leadership in a professional services environment
- Advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, are essential
- Experience preparing various documentation, including reports and client proposals
