About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key member of a small team supporting the Managing Director and two Executive Directors. This role involves traditional EA duties, ensuring the seamless operation of the business and providing essential administrative support reporting into the Lead Executive Assistant.
Duties- Calendar management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Email management: Filtering, prioritising, and responding to emails.
- Travel arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Expense management: Processing and submitting expense reports.
- Meeting coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
- Correspondence: Drafting and proofreading letters, emails, and documents.
- Project assistance: Providing administrative support for ongoing projects as well as financial reporting.
- Office management: Ad-hoc administrative support for the wider office.
- 4+ years' experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executive
- Financial Services experience is a MUST
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly SharePoint.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Approachable, personable, flexible and dynamic personality with the ability to work with conflicting personalities with conflicting schedules.
