Technical Sales Representative

In this position, you will leverage technical knowledge to assess client needs and achieve our company’s sales targets.

• Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential client and market segments.
• Implementing strategic sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Remaining updated on printing industry trends, acquiring knowledge of competitor activities to leverage sales.
• Conducting regular market analysis to identify region-specific opportunities and challenges for Toyo Ink products.
• Meeting with existing and prospective clients to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.
• Forming and maintaining client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Preparing and maintaining sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and client feedback to enhance sales activities.
• Consistently evaluating customer needs and providing accurate and knowledgeable recommendations.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and marketing activities are aligned with sales objectives.
• Ensure client satisfaction through post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Representing the company at industry events such as conferences and exhibition, showcasing Toyo Ink products.
• Preparing and finalising financial agreements and contracts with clients
• Networking with industry professionals to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Generating and updating lists of current and prospective client contacts.
• Coordinating the delivery of our products and services as required.
• Ensuring strict compliance with company policy and procedures at all times.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Exceptional customer-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Competitive annualized salary starting from $75,000 plus superannuation.
