Job Description- Oversee daily operations of the technology department
- Implement software and hardware upgrades to align with business objectives
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure IT systems support their operations
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
- Identify and address system and application issues
- Ensure data privacy and protect networks against security risks
- Plan and manage IT budget effectively with senior leaders
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Specialist should have:
- A degree in computer science, IT or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
- Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to drive and motivate team members
