About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for someone to join our Facilities Team as a Facilities Project Coordinator.
The Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for performing project coordination tasks, development of frameworks, policies and procedures, strategies and associated support activities that contribute to the development and delivery of a range of Facilities projects.
Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties- Engage contractors and trades to acquire quotes and cost summaries for works based on approved charter and scope document.
- Ensure Facilities audits such as maintenance inspections are undertaken, and scheduled/reactive maintenance is completed.
- Provide assistance with the management and allocation of Helpdesk requests.
- Development of frameworks, policies and procedures and strategies to support and contribute to the development and delivery of a range of Facilities projects.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the Business.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Ability to build relationships with Internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project or Coordination experience is required.
