What you’ll do
This role provides the end-to-end project support and coordination on the deliverables for the deployment of Proactive Services and providing support to the People Enablement Lead as we stand up this new operating model in the W360 rollout. This role partners closely with the Proactives Services Program team, The People team and the People Tribe and will be responsible for:
- Project Coordination: Partner with the People Enablement Lead to deliver people programs and projects on time and within budget. Develop project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support, including meeting minutes, communications, schedule updates, roadmap maintenance, and action item follow-up. Manage project administration tasks such as minute-taking, meeting scheduling, and event organisation.
- Event Management: Coordinate workshops, forums, and meetings by building agendas, preparing presentations, and managing logistics.
- Employee Experience: Lead the coordination of end-to-end team member experience activities for recruitment, onboarding, and training. Identify and address risks to ensure a positive experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders, serve as the main point of contact for C&P stream activities, and maintain effective communication.
- Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues. Support the improvement of our systems, tools, and templates for increased efficiency.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Adaptable to changing priorities and uncertainty.
- Able to navigate uncertainty, flexible and adaptable when priorities shift
- Able to anticipate change and proactively identify opportunities
- Project management experience combined with high proficiency in Google suite
- Supermarket operations experience (rostering/Kronos/RT3).
- HR or recruitment experience with an understanding of store operations.
- Proficient in workflow tools (Jira/Asana) and Miro.
