Position: Sales & Process Analyst

Job description:
  • Analyse and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and dashboards for decision-making support.
  • Monitor key sales metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, deal size) to assess strategy effectiveness.
  • Map, document, and analyse sales workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and standardise best practices.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights to the sales team for better product/service positioning and alignment with business goals.
  • Support the optimisation of CRM and sales tools for improved data collection, reporting, and automation.
Qualifications/Attributes:???
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Contract Administrator

Job description:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in accordance with legal standards.
  • Manage contract administration throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure contract alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor and enforce contract performance, resolving issues or disputes promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract records, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on contract status, performance, and risks.
  • Ensure contract renewals, variations, and terminations are processed efficiently.
Qualifications/Attributes:???
  • Must hold a Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration, or Project Management, or a related field or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills, particularly in conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
