Contract Administrator
About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their client's team in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing contract processes, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a competitive salary and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, procurement contracts, and service contracts.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks to the organization.
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including preparation, execution, renewal, and termination.
Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with company goals.
Maintain accurate and organized contract records, both physical and digital, for audits and reviews.
Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and compliance, providing regular updates to management.
Resolve disputes and issues related to contractual obligations efficiently and professionally.
Assist in developing and implementing contract management processes to improve efficiency.
Provide training and guidance to team members on contract-related procedures and best practices.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to contract management.Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
