- The Waves Sports Club (Norville QLD 4670)
- The Waves Club Caloundra (Caloundra QLD 4551)

To be considered you must have a relevant industry qualification and at least 1-2 year of industry experience.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- Assisting with seasonal menu planning and estimating food requirements as required.
- Must display excellent prep, cooking and plating skills
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities in line with food safety requirements
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements and customer requests
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service periods
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and WHS requirements, with the ability to follow and maintain compliance
- Experience working across multiple sections
- Ability to monitor food quality at all stages of preparation and service
- Assist with daily kitchen operations, including prep lists and stock rotation
- Willingness to follow menus, recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding service requirements and special requests
- Support and assist in training junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional workstation always
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork and reliability
- Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
- Strong customer service awareness and pride in delivering high-quality food
- Available nights, weekends and school holidays.
