We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team.We are offering a salary of $73,150 to $76,000 per annum plus Superannuation.

Position Summary
The Contracts Administrator position requires a combination of commercial and technical expertise to review, develop, and manage contract agreements and procurement strategies. As a Contracts Administrator, you will oversee contractual processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, project timelines, and budget constraints.Effective communication with stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams, is essential to delivering projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities- Review tender and contract conditions, providing notes for tender review meetings.
- Identify and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers to support project needs.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain and track procurement schedules and deadlines.
- Prepare Sub-Contractor Agreements and Assist with job costing and reporting.
- Monitor compliance with contractual and procurement obligations by vendors.
- Draft, review, and issue purchase orders.
- Control and manage all project and commercial documentation.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement and innovation of ARA work practices.
- Commit to and comply with safety, health, environment, and cultural heritage policies, including ‘zero harm' objectives, health and safety initiatives, and company core values.
- Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, projects, and services provided.
- Manage paperwork associated with contracts, projects, and services.
- Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions.
- Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.
- Prepare and review submissions and reports on the organisation’s activities.
- Collect and analyse data associated with projects and report on project outcomes.

Qualifications of a Contracts Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of administration, commerce, management, law and related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant field.
