About the Role
European Catering invites you to work in this exciting, fast-paced environment where you can expand your culinary talents to the next level and create mouth watering dishes you can be proud of for years to come. As the Chef catering, you’ll be able to bring your passion and enthusiasm for the culinary arts and showcase your leadership skills.
As our Chef, you will:- Demonstrate a positive leadership style and provide direction, training and development to your team
- Effectively manage day-to day food preparation
- Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques continuously meet guidelines
Skills and Experience Required
Along with maintaining a high level of quality standards, including food presentation, time management, and organisation, you will have:- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Chef
- Excellent attention to detail, and pride in your work
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of the English language (verbal & written)
- A professionally groomed and neat presentation
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- A good understanding of the WHS and HACCP procedures
- Full-Time employment rights to work in Australia with no restrictions (only Citizens & Permanent Residents may apply)
- A current full driver’s license (preferred)
