Commercial role working with a high performing finance team

Reporting into an impressive manager, and alongside a finance team full of high performing employees , we are seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to support financial performance analysis, strategic initiatives, and business insights across multiple regions.

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, M&A activities, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse financial performance, forecasting, and benchmarking to support decision-making.
Provide regional FP&A support and liaise with key stakeholders for business insights.
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to corporate governance policies.
Present financial analytics and reports to senior leadership and the Board.
Assist in M&A activities, strategic initiatives, and post-merger integration.
Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required, supporting the Commercial Finance Manager and senior leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and addressing business challenges.

What We're Looking For:

Big4 CA qualified
Strong experience in financial analysis, FP&A, and business strategy.
Ability to communicate complex financial insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience in M&A, financial modeling, and data visualisation is a plus.
And the ability to quickly absorb and interpret complex information and understand the business drivers of your customers.
You will be technically strong and have the interpersonal skills to build relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
