This permanent, full-time opportunity is located in Dandenong.

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure transparency and coherence in all financial matters.
• Drive strategic financial planning and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency.
• Lead the finance team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform regular financial analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage company audits and liaise with external auditors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• CA/CPA degree.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• An in-depth understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Salary of $150K - $160K plus superannuation, pending experience.
• Lead a team of 4.
