The Role

The Financial Controller is vital to maintaining the financial health of the business, responsible for overseeing compliance, financial reporting/management. This role combines routine business activities with involvement in projects and strategic initiatives. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with statutory requirements
Review and improve processes to drive meaningful change
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations
Lead, coach and develop the finance team
Ensuring financial operations- including systems, processes, and procedures
Management of cash flow, working capital and financial controls to maintain business growth

Your Skills & Experience

CA/CPA Qualification
Expert proficiency in financial reporting, statutory accounting, and tax compliance
Experience leading a small finance team
Worked within a manufacturing environment (desirable)
Experience with ERP systems
