Executive Assistant / Office Manager

What You'll Do:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Diary Management: Handle complex scheduling for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring priorities are aligned.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and occasional international travel, ensuring every detail is considered.
- Board Reports: Prepare and coordinate reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Quarterly Townhalls: Organize engaging townhalls across two sites (Chullora and Smithfield), including slide preparation, technology setup, and logistics.
- Annual Conference Planning: Play a pivotal role in organizing impactful company-wide events.
Office Management Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations across both the Chullora & Smithfield sites to create a positive and productive environment.
- Act as the go-to person for office needs, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Strong Initiative: You're a proactive problem-solver who thrives on flexibility and can adapt to shifting priorities with ease.
- Collaborative Communicator: Your strong communication skills make you a trusted partner for the CEO and leadership team.
- Calm Under Pressure: You maintain a composed, professional demeanour, even in high-pressure situations.

- Proven Experience: You've supported executive groups and understand the nuances of board reporting, travel, and diary management.
