In this dual role, you'll provide crucial support to the CEO and leadership team while ensuring the smooth running of the office. This is your chance to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where adaptability, communication, and initiative are valued above all.

What You'll Do:

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Diary Management: Handle complex scheduling for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring priorities are aligned.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and occasional international travel, ensuring every detail is considered.
  • Board Reports: Prepare and coordinate reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Quarterly Townhalls: Organize engaging townhalls across two sites (Chullora and Smithfield), including slide preparation, technology setup, and logistics.
  • Annual Conference Planning: Play a pivotal role in organizing impactful company-wide events.

Office Management Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations across both the Chullora & Smithfield sites to create a positive and productive environment.
  • Act as the go-to person for office needs, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
