HR Operations Specialist

TMGM is looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join the growing team. This role involves strategic planning, process optimisation, tackling operational challenges, and fostering collaboration across departments. With their deep knowledge and skills, they play a vital role in driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout all facets of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day global HR operation tasks.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Administration, and business team leaders to develop and maintain efficient HR operation processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, and variations, etc.
- Provide support and guidance to HR operation team members.
Operational Excellence and Process Improvement:
- Track SLAs/delivery across core HR operations processes.
- Ensure HR operational accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR operation processes.
- Implement best HR practices to improve efficiency.
Compliance and Technology Standards:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with industry changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workable, Employment Hero, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office setting, ideally in HR operations, administration, or as a receptionist.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Along with knowledge of industry standards, operational systems, and best practices within their field.
- Familiarity with the Employment Hero platform would be beneficial for the role, it is not a mandatory requirement to be considered for the position.
