Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - GTM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including Account Manager, Business Development, and Marketing, with a particular focus on the Australian talent market.

This role will be responsible for proactive talent mapping, pipeline development, recruitment delivery, and external talent engagement activities.

The role also includes secondary support for technical hiring and requires occasional participation in campus and industry recruitment events to strengthen TMGM’s employer brand and broaden talent outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles globally, with a focus on Australia/Global
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify and engage high-potential candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
  • Develop job postings and outreach messages aligned with TMGM’s employer brand
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical functions and future hiring needs
  • Provide support for hiring of select technical roles (e.g., Product, Engineering) as needed
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Participate in relevant campus recruitment initiatives and industry events to engage emerging and experienced talent
  • Actively represent TMGM at talent-focused events (online or in-person) when appropriate
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, preferably in fast-paced or fintech environments
  • Proven track record in independently managing GTM hiring
  • Knowledge of the Australian talent landscape and sourcing channels
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating remotely with global teams
  • Skilled in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and familiar with ATS platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to occasionally attend virtual or in-person recruitment events
  • Experience in employer branding or engaging talent communities (e.g., Web3, fintech, or university networks)
  • Mandarin speaking will be highly preferred
