The Role

As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing financial performance and supporting key business decisions. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive strategic insights that support the company's continued growth and success in the competitive FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage month-end close processes and deliver timely financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
  • Support financial planning for new product launches and market expansion.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems.
  • Oversee cost management and optimize profitability across business units.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA qualification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance role, ideally within FMCG or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
