Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Accounts Payable: Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and general AP functions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Office Management: Keep the office running smoothly with duties like maintaining office supplies, scheduling, document management, and facilities coordination.
  • Vendor Liaison & Logistics Support: Communicate with vendors and manage logistics.
  • Event Support: Provide planning and event support to various marketing events.
  • Team Coordination & Support: Collaborate across teams and provide general administrative support, making sure everything is organised and efficient.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (mandatory).
  • 1-2 year's end-to-end AP experience (ideal).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Australian citizenship or PR status.
  • A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a diverse role.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • A basic accounting background is a plus!
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Event planning interest is a bonus.
  • Experience with reconciliations will be highly regarded.
