Position: Project - Contract AdministratorLocation: 20/68 Eucumbene Drive, Ravenhall, VIC 3023
Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $74,000 - $85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the business management will be coordinating on their behalf for all client projects.
- Coordinating and managing contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance
- Maintaining accurate records of agreements, contracts, and other documentation
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Preparing project schedules, budgets, and reports
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders
- Ensuring office procedures are efficient and aligned with company policies
- Managing office supplies and coordinating with external vendors
- Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and advising the management
- Reviews and processes variation claims as per the contract
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of contract law and administrative procedures
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable
- Prior experience in the construction, painting, or epoxy industry will be advantageous
