Job Description

Talent & Organisational Development - Lead workforce initiatives, career development planning, and performance management processes.
Employee Engagement & Experience - Champion engagement initiatives, provide strategic HR advice, and drive cultural transformation.
Business Partnering - Collaborate with senior stakeholders, translate business priorities into HR strategies, and drive innovation.
Employee & Industrial Relations - Manage ER/IR issues, coach managers, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
HR Projects & Change Management - Lead transformation initiatives, workforce planning, and capability-building projects.

The Successful Applicant

Manufacturing or FMCG experience is essential - please only apply if you have this industry experience
HR Business Partnering experience essential. We are looking for HR professionals with circa. 10 years + experience

Starting salary between $140,000 and $155,000 + super
