Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to implement strategies that boost performance, engagement, and company culture.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and compliance, ensuring smooth and legal people processes.
- Oversee key HR functions, including performance management, development plans, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, investigations, and compliance reporting.
- Support wellbeing, L&D programs, and graduate recruitment to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
- Keep HR records, policies, and systems up to date, aligning with legal standards and best practices.

About You:
You're a seasoned HR Advisor ready to step up into an HRBP role. With 5+ years of experience, you have a solid grasp of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices. Skilled in performance management and employee relations, you navigate challenges with professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving expertise.
Your strong HRIS knowledge, keen eye for detail, and analytical mindset help you manage data and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A natural relationship-builder and communicator, you're a trusted partner to leaders and teams, ready to make a bigger impact.
