The Victorian business is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for the Initial Hygiene division, operating out of our Port Melbourne office.

Picture this, you are an operations expert looking for your next big challenge. You will be given the autonomy to showcase your operational capability whilst developing your team to achieve amazing outcomes for our business, our people and of course, our customer.

Ops excellence will start with you. You will manage, develop and lead our Initial team operating out of our Port Melbourne Depot, maintain our safety first culture and with a will to exceed targets in mind.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Washroom Service, the next ideal Service Delivery Manager for our Port Melbourne business will thrive in a diverse and busy environment, not shy away from change management, demonstrate sales acumen, have fleet management exposure, is performance-driven, have a solid understanding of P&L and oozes leadership, and coaching capabilities.

Do you have a proven track record in managing a successful team? In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 50 people including local service managers, planners, technicians and depot attendants. You will have a strong lens on coaching and support management and have a proven track record in building a culture that oozes teamwork and collaboration.
