A day in the life
TPMs look around corners to identify risks early and are quick to take action. They effectively balance ownership and hold partner teams to high standards of responsibility. They stand ready to leverage their technical and project-focused backgrounds to deep dive issues and develop mitigations to minimize impact. Our TPMs may dive deep to find the root cause of a material delivery issue that threatens the project schedule, cost, or quality. They investigate and address where the program is at risk/blocked, or discuss radical new approaches to improve operational processes.
They are responsible for identifying and managing stakeholders, assembling resources, setting roadmaps, schedules and strategies for the program, driving progress, and holding the bar on quality.
