The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience as an Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining environment Restaurant opening experience is advantageous Proven track record in leading a high performing team Exceptional service skills and guest focus Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships Organisational and time management skills Exceptional communication and presentation Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Must possess a valid RSA certificate Working with Lucas RestaurantsWe exist to see our team succeed.
