We are looking for AMs and Supervisors to join the opening team of Lucas Restaurant's newest Canberra venue - a French bistrot opening in May 2025.
About the Venue:This May, restaurateur Chris Lucas will introduce Canberra to a brand-new French concept in the heart of the nation's capital. Positions available: Assistant Managers Bar Supervisors Supervisors The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment Restaurant opening experience is advantageous Proven track record in leading a high performing team Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development Exceptional service skills and guest focus Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships Organisational and time management skills Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system Exceptional communication and presentation Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Must possess a valid RSA certificate Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline Working with Lucas Restaurants:We exist to see our team succeed.
