What you will do?:

• Support the day-to-day culinary operations while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Demonstrate expertise in minimising waste and optimising kitchen efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to uphold and enhance food service standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
• Work a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster, including days, nights, and weekends, based on operational needs

More about you:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines while delivering top-quality food.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Proficient in HACCP principles and food safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
