What you will do?:
- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
- Create exceptional baked goods, desserts, and other dishes, and maintaining high culinary standards.
- Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
- Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination
More about you:
- Experience in bakery and pastry is ideal, along with a solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required
- Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
- Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
