The Rocks Mornington is a leading seaside seafood restaurant & cocktail bar located at Mornington’s peak on the Mornington Peninsula. A definite Mornington Peninsula institution offering the best of seafood with the most amazing views. We are known for sourcing the best of seafood, best of local produce, the view uncompromising view of the bay.Our venue is very functional, which can cater for all types of events in our restaurant and function room.

Diploma of Hospitality Management plus two years experience OR 3 years experience as a restaurant managerPassionate about food, wine & hospitality.
Personable and confident
Self-motivated, professional and have attention to the 1%'s
Team leader and player
Strong appreciation of food and beverage trends in Melbourne
High level of presentation and grooming
Your key responsibilities will be:
Lead by example in a hands-on roleLead & support a diverse FOH & BOH Team
Work alongside our Operations team
Possess excellent guest engagement and service
Strong organisational skills
Exude company culture
Create and develop menu on a FOH & BOH perspective
Strive to deliver and exceed customer expectations in all aspects, service, atmosphere & value for money

Be provided support from a general and an operational level management team including reservations, accounts & marketingBe provided with a balanced Hospitality lifestyle
Have the ability to make a name for yourself on the Mornington Peninsula dealing daily with local wineries and suppliers alike

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
