Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.This role requires a hands-on manager who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, driving team performance, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance guest experience.
Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their expectations are exceeded at every visit.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain menu standards and ensure food quality.
Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to achieve revenue targets.
Implement staff training programs to promote service excellence and teamwork.
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume restaurant environment.Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong business acumen with a focus on driving sales and managing costs.
Experience in training and developing teams.
Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
