• Manage accounts payable and process invoices accurately and timely.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and ad-hoc payments as required.
• Resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial procedures.
• Support other accounting & finance department duties as needed.

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
