Job Description
  • Maintaining financial records
  • Processing and paying invoices
  • Supporting the accounting and finance team with administrative tasks
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
  • Providing administration support by maintaining office supplies, liaising with stakeholders and managing calendars and documents
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to team goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful bookkeeper should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office is essential
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with end-to-end accounts payable is required
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Experience with administration support including calendar and document management, correspondence with stakeholders, is high desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team and be flexible around the needs of the business
