The Company

We are working with a high growth organisation who have gone through multiple acquisitions in 2024, resulting in newly created positions across the Finance Team. With this, there is a new need for an Accounts Payable Officer to join during this exciting time - this is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic Individual to embark on this journey - we encourage near Graduate or New Graduates to apply!

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, as the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Processing of supplier invoices
Matching, batching and coding of invoices
Supplier reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations
Assisting with payment runs
Ad hoc tasks as required

To be considered for the position you will have the following attributes

Working towards near completion of a bachelor's degree (or new Graduate)
Excellent communication and written skills
Intermediate level of Excel
1 - 2 years of experience
Through understanding of the Fundamentals of Accounting (Debits, Credits, Accounts Payable)
