The Role
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the business and technical teams to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of a recent consolidation. Your duties will include project governance, reporting, planning, meeting coordination, and ensuring the project meets budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project delivery with a focus on scope, timelines, budget, and stakeholder management.
- Managing project plans and reporting, including meeting scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Supporting project administration functions such as risk management, quality control, and data analysis.
- Coaching and providing project management support to team members, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing consolidation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of communication and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in managing complex projects and developing clear project plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, technical teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage external vendors and contractors, and a proven track record of handling conflicting priorities.
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening (Working with Children's Check, Police Checks, etc.).
- Experience in integrations, Microsoft environments and health is desirable.
