Senior ICT Project Manager

We cater to retailers, entrepreneurs, a set of diverse small and large businesses, and support digital technologies in educational institutions.

The successful candidate will have a great passion for the latest drone technologies to embrace efficiency and sustainability for all sectors.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor a team of highly trained sales professionals, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential problems.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans for initiatives related to drone technology, including software development, hardware integration, data analysis, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional project teams comprised of software engineers, hardware specialists, field technicians
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to deployment, ongoing support, and maintenance.
• Oversee the integration of drone technology with existing projects management systems and data platforms.
• Ensure projects adhere to all relevant Australian standards, regulations (including those pertaining to data privacy and drone operations), and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage project risks and issues effectively, escalating critical problems to senior management as required.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies within the agricultural drone technology domain.

• Minimum 3-year sales experience from a hardware Project Management role with track record of achieving financial and non-monetary targets.
• Must have deep understanding of project management methodologies, with a proven ability to adapt methodologies to specific project needs.
• Some exposure to enterprise drone hardware and software is desirable.
• Must be able to work under pressure from supplier or dealers often at very short notice
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities, clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
• Prior experience working within a multinational corporate environment is highly desirable

• Must have fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Punctual but flexible as required by the organisation.
• Customer & Supplier centric and ability to build relationships internally & externally.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Must be able to interpret financial results and have commercial acumens
• Due to the nature of this industry, working from home is NOT an option, must be dedicated onsite or business travels.
