About The Role
As the Product Marketing Manager - MVNO & App, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of Spacetalk's mobile and app offerings. Sitting within our Marketing Team, you will lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals.
This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to partner closely with the CRM & Loyalty lead, product development, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for creating go-to-market strategies, optimizing product positioning, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance.
From launching new app features to scaling our MVNO services, your work will directly impact how Spacetalk engages with families across the globe, ensuring they stay connected and safe. What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Spacetalk’s MVNO services and app, aligning with the company's commercial objectives.
- Partner with the CRM & Loyalty team to create targeted campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Define and optimize go-to-market plans, product positioning, and messaging to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor insights to continuously refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective distribution, communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the launch of new app features and MVNO services, driving awareness and adoption through innovative marketing efforts.
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on app-based solutions or MVNO services.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate commercial goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate product value propositions clearly and effectively.
