Role Overview:
As Tactiq's first Product Manager, reporting directly to the founding CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of our product-led growth (PLG) strategy. Your focus will be on efficient, data-driven growth, rapidly developing user-centric features, and enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings and significantly impact the growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product-Led Growth Strategy: Develop and implement PLG strategies to drive efficient user acquisition, activation, and retention, leveraging a deep understanding of growth frameworks such as retention curves, cohort analysis.
- Rapid Feature Development: Lead the ideation, design, and launch of innovative features that enhance the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize rigorous analytical thinking to interpret data and inform product decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless feature delivery and alignment with market needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product metrics to assess feature success and inform future development priorities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within PLG SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful products with a focus on execution speed and efficient growth.
- Solid understanding of product growth concepts and frameworks like JTBD, PLS, and PLG, including retention curves and cohort analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply rigorous thinking to interpret data and inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
