We're now looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our HQ team and help us continue this exciting growth journey.
THE ROLE
As our Accounts Admin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our head office. This is a critical role for someone who enjoys numbers, systems, and organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payslips for 20+ employees
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, including superannuation payments
- Managing and paying supplier invoices and commission payments to franchise partners
- Tracking outstanding payments and following up with customers when necessary
- Collecting rebates from key suppliers and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to finance-related queries from employees and franchise partners via email
- Preparing a simple weekly finance summary report for the CFO
- Supporting general finance and admin tasks as needed
REMUNERATION
This is a casual/ part-time position, ideal for someone seeking flexible working hours while gaining valuable experience within a dynamic and fast-growing company.- Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Expected Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase as the business continues to grow
- Work Environment: Hybrid work may be considered after initial onboarding—primarily based at our Western Sydney HQ
Requirements
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Based in Sydney, and able to work from our head office
- Experienced in basic accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero or MYOB)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with time-sensitive tasks
- A clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
