Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain network hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Ensure the efficient operation of servers, printers, personal computers, and mobile devices
- Monitor network traffic and system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related faults
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols
- Provide help desk support and assist users with technical issues and training
- Document network configurations, asset inventory, fault diagnosis and resolutions
- Support system backup processes, endpoint protection, and data recovery planning
- Participate in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and improvements
- Participate in a rotating roster to provide after-hours and 24/7 system monitoring and support
- A degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years’ experience in a Network Administrator, Systems Engineer, or similar support role
- Strong understanding of Windows-based environments and server administration
- Experience with endpoint protection, patching, and IT security practices
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostics
- Sound problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite five days a week
- Previous experience in the hospitality or payments industry would be highly advantageous
