Position Overview
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff to deliver a high standard of hospitality.
Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and maintain restaurant budgets, revenue, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and liquor licensing laws.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives, special promotions, and events to drive customer engagement.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints to maintain a positive dining experience.
At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of food and beverage service, Italian cuisine, and bar operations.
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
Understanding of restaurant compliance requirements, including health and safety regulations.
