Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas is seeking highly skilled, motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Associates to join our Restaurant & Bar Teams. We're looking for People who are ready to go beyond in everything they do and create memorable experiences for our guests.Working across our exciting venues, the newly refurbished Lagoon House pool bar and our Feast Bistro, you are sure to learn and experience a great team environment.
Supervisor position is Full timeSalary $71,308
This position will be responsible for Breakfast operations, managing a team of 15 associates while providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Create memorable experiences for all guests whilst in our venues and bars Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
- Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
- Use of POS system
- Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
- Previous experience in 5 star Buffet/A la Carte Restaurants preferred
- All applicants must have full working rights to work in Australia and have previous experience in the role or similar.
To be successful in these positions you will need to possess the following minimum requirements: Experience not necessary for entry-level applicants. (Full training provided)
A passion for providing outstanding guest experience every time!Food & Beverage experience within a 5* or high-end environment (Desirable)
Able to work a 7-day a week rotating roster
Immaculate grooming standards
Strong communication skills & attention to detail
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment
