Job Description
  • Manage payroll operations and ensure all payments are accurate and timely.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of payroll and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and systems.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable duties.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll & Accounts Officer should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
