The Role

Sitting in the group function you will be a key part of the team. You will be responsible for driving the AML/CTF program. Your duties will include:

  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessments and investigations, ensuring the company's activities comply with current regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
  • Develop, implement and update the AML/CTF framework policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate measures are in place to identify, prevent and report suspicious activities.
  • Educate and train employees on AML/CTF regulations, equipping them with knowledge and understanding to ensure compliance is a shared responsibility.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as necessary, maintaining the flow of information regarding suspected money laundering activities.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze transactions and customer behaviors for signs of unusual or suspicious activity and report findings in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law or a related field
  • Prior AML/CTF experience within Financial Services
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
