About Our Client

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts payable status.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Accounts Payable Officer' should have:

• Proven working experience as an accounts payable officer.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting payable principles.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exposure to SAP is advantageous

• Yearly salary of AUD 75,000 to AUD 85,000 depending on experience.
