Job Description
The will incorporate the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the finance department
- Develop and implement financial strategies, systems and processes
- Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning
- Manage budgets, cash flow and capital investments
- Lead and mentor a small finance team
- Liaise with external auditors and manage tax obligations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Immediately availability
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with XERO is advantageous
