Job Description

The role will include but not be limited to:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of sustainability reporting
Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting
GAP Analysis
Statutory reporting
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for sustainability reports
Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Develop strategies to improve financial performance and sustainability measures
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience in a similar role would be ideal
Exposure/experience in applying AASB 2
Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting
Strong knowledge of sustainability practices in a product related sector ideal
CA/CPA Qualification
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
