Job Description

The role will involve but not be limited to:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the business.
• Ensure financial decisions are strategic and profitable.
• Accounts receivable, payables and payroll duties
• Tax obligations alongside external accounting firm
• Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's objectives.
• Maintain and develop financial systems and processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Identify opportunities for financial improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with financial legislation and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA/CPA Qualification
• Background in private clients/business services is ideal
• Experience in a similar role within funds management/property/investments/private family office ideal
• A sound understanding of financial legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
